Service Learning

Several teachers introduce Service Learning into their curriculum each year. This is a way of introducing community service to students to enhance the unit they are currently studying in a particular class. This hands-on project teaches students about the practical as well as the intellectual aspects of their curriculum, and challenges students to put their learning into action.
