Several Notre Dame Academy science research students participated in the Kentucky Junior Academy of Science Symposium at the University of Kentucky on April 27. Szofia Komaromy-Hiller placed first in the Engineering & Physics category and third overall in all the physical science categories. Other students placed second in their categories: Kelsey Sucher in Chemistry and Earth Science, Cassie Schoborg in Engineering and Physics, and Giannina Rokvic in Environmental Science. Kelsey will be the secretary of KJAS for 2013-14.
