Congratulations to our Track and Field Pandas on a 1st place finish at a big Meet in Lexington at the Woodall Invitational. The team is primed and ready for Regionals. The JV Regional Championship is on May 14 at Boone County HS and the Varsity Regional Championship is May 21 at Scott HS. Come out and support the team!
On Saturday the Panda softball team defeated Boyle Co 5-0 with a great pitching performance by Abby Turnpaugh with 11 strikeouts. Later in the day, a four run sixth inning helped Eastern beat the Pandas 6-0
Congrats to the Varsity Tennis team for another successful round of wins in the regional tournament. Yesterday, in the quarterfinals, Sam Spellman and Clare Shay dominated Cooper and Lucy Bailey and Bella McElwee beat St. Henry. Both of these doubles teams qualified for the state tournament! They will play in the semifinals today at 4pm at Tower Park. Wish them good luck if you see them in the halls today!
