Amanda Macke has been accepted into the 23rd Pre-college Academic Experience in Math and Science (PAEMS). The Georgetown College Natural and Life Sciences Division will host the residential event for two weeks in June. Each year, 22 to 24 highly motivated students showing exceptional interest and aptitude for math and science are chosen for the program. The experience is designed to foster creativity and promote team problem-solving within a context that encourages a global perspective. Areas studied include mathematics, biology, chemistry, astronomy, and environmental science.
