Math Club and Mu Alpha Theta celebrated Valentine’s Day during their monthly meeting on Monday. They sent Valentine’s Day cards to the children at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital digitally and then worked together to complete a Valentine’s Day logic puzzle. Every year on February 2, France observes “La Chandeleur”, also known as Candlemas: A catholic holiday which is exactly 40 days after Christmas. This day is dedicated to eating crêpes, and NDA French students and staff did exactly that! Madame Otto made over 150 crêpes!
Last week, juniors Sammi Poulos and Mary Reynolds attended the West Point Ethics and Leadership Seminar alongside a hundred other high school students from the Greater Cincinnati area.
