Regional Youth Leadership Program

Applications for Regional Youth Leadership (RYL) Class of 2023 are now open to current high school sophomores. RYL is leadership development program for high school students during their junior year. Approximately 45 students will be selected to participate in monthly sessions examining topics such as arts & culture, economic development, local government, and more. The program will run from September 2022 through March 2023 with monthly sessions occurring during the school day. Cinderella’s Closet

While Prom is still months away, there is a fast approaching, wonderful opportunity, for those who may qualify, in the form of an organization called Cinderella's Closet. Cinderella's Closet is a group that provides free prom dresses and accessories to those who may have financial need. Cinderella's Closet has had to close the last couple of years, so they are very excited to be back open this year. NDA/CCH Freshman Halloween Bash

The CCH/NDA Freshman Halloween Bash that was originally scheduled for this Saturday, October 30, has been moved up to this Friday evening, October 29. The event will take place from 9:00-11:00 p.m. at the indoor athletic facility next to the Gardens of Park Hills (to the left of CCH by the football stadium). As we strive to create the safest environment for our Pandas, an adjustment will be made to the end of the day dismissal protocols.  PLEASE NOTE: We will use the following dismissal times temporarily to see if it helps increase the efficiency of our dismissal process. We will make adjustments as needed.  Starting tomorrow, Thursday, October 28: Seniors will dismiss first at 3:01 p.m. Juniors will dismiss next at 3:06 p.m.  Sophomores and Freshmen will dismiss together at 3:10 p.m. Until their grade level is dismissed, students will remain in their 7th period classrooms with their teachers. Cafeteria Changes

As things continue to get back to normal, we will be moving toward more self-service in the cafeteria as we did prior to COVID-19. Beginning next week, we will no longer use the lunch order form. Once we have the necessary personnel to staff the cafeteria, we will be adding the salad bar and the use of trays back into our lunchtime routine.
