Tomorrow the freshmen and sophomores will be taking the CERT test and the juniors will be taking the ACT.  -Freshmen and sophomores - bring your CHARGED iPad, a calculator, a pencil and a packed lunch - there will be no lunch available to buy.   -Juniors - bring your #2 pencil, calculator and a snack.  You also need to have your lanyard with your school ID or your drivers licence to show the proctor for the ACT test. Happy Belated Birthday to Mrs. Smith! Hey Sophomores! The Sophomore Ring Ceremony will be held on March 12th after CERT testing on our Super Day. If you ordered a ring from Herff Jones, they will bring it to school and you will receive it on that day if you have paid in full. If you have not paid in full, then you will not receive your ring until you have done so. Congratulations to the Mock Trial team who completed at the state competition this weekend and placed 4th.  It was a great weekend and they even outscored the state champions on one of the ballots. Great job ladies! ______________________________ Our Track and Field team had an outstanding day at the Inaugural Indoor State Championship on Saturday (over the weekend). Every Panda in every event had season personal bests on the biggest day of the year. The team finished top 20 overall out of 77 teams in Class 3A. Happy Leap Day! Don’t forget! Life Club’s blood drive is next Wednesday, March 6!  Hoxworth blood center will be here with their mobile bus.  We only have 3 spots left!  Each blood donation can help save up to 3 lives. By helping out, you can make a difference in this world!! You can participate if you are 17 or older, or 16 with parental consent, and weigh at least 110 pounds.  All donors receive a wearable blanket! There is still time to drop off your slightly used Prom dresses, shoes and accessories for Cinderella’s Closet.  A blue bin is in the school foyer where you can place your items.  ______________________________ We have an update from the Emergency Cold Shelter after we made our donation from the CSW Volleyball game and Penny War. The executive director, Kim Webb, wrote us a thank you for our donation and told us some statistics that we contribute to.  In December we provided 2,026 bed nights of shelter to 186 adults. 25% of our guests July 1, 2023 - Jan, 1 2024,...
